Welcome to UrKeeper.COM (the "Site").
We value your privacy and that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when using our services.
This statement
governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without
using the services and Visitors who
register to use the services provided by the site and make use of the various services offered by urKeeper (collectively, "Services")
("Authorized Customers").
How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?
All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and
Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain
access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. While we take commercially reasonable
measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and
we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for
any such occurrences.
How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information?
Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any
inaccuracies by emailing us at urCustodian@urKeeper.com.
Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the
Site's database by contacting urCustodian@urKeeper.com. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be
impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally
Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally
Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?
We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site.
However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a
Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to
allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the urKeeper.com Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS. In
addition, when using particular services, you and urKeeper shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such
services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our Spam
Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.
Description of UrKeeper Services
UrKeeper provides users with personal access to their documents. You also understand and agree that the urKeeper Services may
include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for urKeeper to provide the urKeeper Services. You also
understand and agree that the urKeeper Services may include certain communications from urKeeper, such as service
announcements, administrative messages and the urKeeper Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of
urKeeper membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that
augment or enhance the current urKeeper Services, including the release of new urKeeper properties, shall be subject to the TOS.
You understand and agree that the urKeeper Services is provided "AS-IS" and that urKeeper assumes no responsibility for the
timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for
obtaining access to the urKeeper Services, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime
charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In
addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the urKeeper Services.You understand that
the technical processing and transmission of the urKeeper Services, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over
various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.Please be
aware that urKeeper has created certain areas on the urKeeper Services that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least
18 years of age to access and view such areas.
Your Sign-up Obligations
In consideration of your use of the urKeeper Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not
a person barred from receiving the urKeeper Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also
agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the urKeeper Service's
registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate,
current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or urKeeper has reasonable
grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, urKeeper has the right to suspend or
terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the urKeeper Services (or any portion thereof). urKeeper is
concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13
who wish to allow their children access to the urKeeper Services must create a urKeeper Family Account that will be shared by all.
Please remember that the urKeeper Services is designed to appeal to a broad audience. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is
your responsibility to determine whether any of the urKeeper Services areas and/or Contents are appropriate for your child.
Member Conduct
You understand that all information, documents or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are
the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not urKeeper, are entirely
responsible for all Contents in your inbox. urKeeper does not control the Content posted via the urKeeper Services and, as such,
does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the urKeeper Services, you may
be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will urKeeper be liable in any way for
any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a
result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the urKeeper Services.
Termination
You may terminate your urKeeper account, any associated email address and access to the urKeeper Services by submitting such
termination request to urCustodian@urKeeper.com. Termination of your urKeeper account includes any or all of the following:
(a) removal of access to all or part of the offerings within the urKeeper Services,
(b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account, and
(c) barring of further use of all or part of the urKeeper Services.
